The LSS training has various levels of hierarchy starting from awareness training that is given to the entire organization to Master Black Belt training provided to the most advanced users.

Typically a LSS deployment program is designed in such a way that 1% of the organization achieves Black Belt certification with 1/10th of that being Master Black Belts. Green Belts form 10% of the organization

Mentoring the trained employees is an integral part of the deployment program. Process Engineering and Change Management is not an easy subject to master. It needs practice to gain proficiency in the subject.

Mentoring program is where a Master Black Belt guides a trainee through a project while he or she learns the practical application of the LSS tools and how they contribute to the business results

When trained employees complete a project successfully, demonstrate proficiency in the use of the various LSS tools and are able to deliver significant business results, the candidates are certified by the business and the Master Black Belt

The Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt certification holds a lot of value within the business world. It gives companies confidence on the depth of skills within the company as well as provides good career growth to the candidates.
